Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the shipping details. This email contains a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. You can click on the link or copy the tracking number into our tracking page.
Our standard delivery time in the UK is 3–5 business days. Delivery costs, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your location and the time of year.
At Dr. Stine, we work hard to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and any photos of the damage.
